Sales Conversion: Promptly respond to DMs, ensuring leads feel acknowledged and valued.

Business Expansion: Actively identify and pursue new channels, platforms, and partnership opportunities to drive business growth.

Engage in discussions and negotiations with potential partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and brand ethos.

Product Information Dissemination: Provide comprehensive and accurate product details to inquiring leads.

Address queries related to product features, pricing, and availability.

Maintain Lead Database: Update and maintain a record of interactions and potential follow-ups using CRM or relevant software.

Feedback Loop: Relay common questions, objections, or feedback from leads to the product and marketing teams to refine offerings or strategies.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a sales role, preferably with a focus on digital platforms.
  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and convey complex product information.
  • The goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or other lead-tracking solutions.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in English is essential. Being multilingual, especially knowing regional languages, can be an advantage in understanding and catering to a diverse set of customers.
